Finance Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in automotive F&I and hands-on experience using Tekion. This role is responsible for securing financing for customers, presenting aftermarket products, and ensuring every deal is structured for compliance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure competitive financing and leasing through a variety of lenders.
- Present and sell finance products including service contracts, GAP, tire & wheel protection, and other aftermarket options.
- Ensure complete and accurate deal jackets, including all lender and DMV requirements.
- Submit and track deals through Tekion DMS, resolving any funding issues quickly.
- Maintain full compliance with federal, state, and dealership policies (OFAC, Red Flags, Privacy Act, etc.).
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions and maximize deal gross.
- Monitor deal status and follow up with lenders to expedite funding.
- Meet or exceed monthly PVR (per vehicle retailed) and product penetration goals.
- Assist with training sales staff on proper deal structure and compliance basics.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an F&I/Finance Manager in an automotive dealership.
- Experience with Tekion DMS is required.
- Strong understanding of automotive finance, leasing, and aftermarket product sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting finance performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy with deal paperwork.
- Familiarity with eContracting platforms and digital signing processes.
- Knowledge of state DMV, titling, and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Familiar with manufacturer-specific finance programs (e.g., Toyota Financial Services, GM Financial)
- Prior experience in Tekion, CDK, Reynolds, or Dealertrack is helpful for transitioning workflows.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Office-based with high customer interaction.
- Commission-based compensation with bonus potential.
